How it works
From a task description to a vendor who takes on the project
You don't need to know payload, reach or number of axes, or go through supplier catalogs. We help you settle on the equipment, write the spec and find who will supply it.
1
Describe the task in plain words
What the operation is, how many parts per shift, what gets in the way today. You can attach photos of the area or an existing spec.

We select equipment and write the spec
We extract the parameters and pick 3 options from different manufacturers' catalogs, with the reasoning for each. For every option we estimate cost and payback.

We find a vendor and connect you
We suggest vendors and integrators for your task and region. You choose who gets the spec and receive quotes based on it.

Why not go straight to a supplier or an engineering firm
Each option works, but each has its limits.
Why you can trust the comparison
We don't sell equipment or promote brands
Options are ranked by the same method for every manufacturer. For each option you can see why it made the list and where the figures come from.

Case study
Washer production: from a request with no parameters to a vendor who took on the project
The request came in shop-floor language: loading impregnated fabric into a die-cutting press, 1,000–2,000 parts per shift. It said nothing about robot payload or reach.
Find equipment for my taskWeeks of back-and-forth with suppliers, or ₽100,000–200,000 for a selection by an engineering firm.
We selected a SCARA robot with justified specs, a vacuum gripper and a cell layout, and put together the spec. Turnkey cost ₽3.8–5.9M, timeline 4–6 months.
A leading robotics vendor received the ready spec and took on the project. [Next step: quote, order, amount, timeline]

FAQ
FAQ for manufacturers
Is it really free?
Yes. Equipment and vendor selection is free for manufacturers, with no charge of any kind. The service is paid for by vendors who work with requests in their account.
Do you sell equipment?
No. We don't sell equipment and don't compete with suppliers. Our job is to help you settle on the equipment and find who will supply it.
How do you find a vendor?
We match your task against vendor and integrator profiles: product range, references in similar projects and region. We suggest the ones that fit, and you choose who gets the spec.
Will vendors start calling me?
No. The selection comes to you. Only the suppliers you choose get your contact details.
What happens to my data?
Your task description is stored on servers in Russia and used only for your selection. We don't use your data for training and don't share it with third parties without your consent.
How accurate are the selection and the figures?
Every option comes with reasoning and a source link. Anything uncertain is marked "Needs expert review". Cost and payback are preliminary; the exact price comes in the vendor's quote based on your spec.
What if nothing fits?
We'll tell you so and explain why. If the task can be solved another way, for example with a different class of equipment, we'll suggest it.
What happens after I send a request?
Within one business day we message you in the channel you chose, clarify 2–3 details if needed and send the selection: a spec, 3 options and matching vendors.
Do I need to know anything about robots?
No. Describe the operation the way you'd explain it to a new employee: what you do, how much, what the constraints are. We'll work out the equipment parameters ourselves.
